Africa has been called the last young continent. The youth represents over 75% of the population, and although many African countries are experiencing an economic boom, youth unemployment remains high; Kenya’s demographics bear this out. The legacy of Kenya’s economic leadership depends on how the country taps into its blooming youthful population.

In spite of the impressive economic growth, Kenya continues to perform poorly on youth welfare indicators, such as unemployment, which currently stands at 39 per cent, the highest in Eastern Africa. And the Kenyan youth as the next generation of leaders, face a range of challenges beyond employment, the most raging being climate change.

We are on a Mission!

We are empowering the next generation of leaders to become Africa's Problem Solvers. We focus on the youth to Build Sustainable Communities by implementing the following solutions;

Social Integration

We empower and invest in the youth to make communities more socially inclusive, and enhance a sense of belonging.

Economic Opportunity

We invest in young people that empower those who are disadvantaged by the existing systems, and help to develop their skills and improve their lives.

Environmental Sustainability

We empower and invest in young people that focus on behavioral change to create climate-smart and sustainable communities.

Health and Wellbeing

We empower and invest in the youth to make their communities healthier, by helping people to improve and maintain their dignity.
